ABSTRACT:
A process and apparatus for, and certain products of, the production of vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper and zinc by reduction of the corresponding metal carboxylates containing less than 12 percent water by hydrogen or carbon monoxide at 150.degree. to 800.degree.C.
