Compounds of the formula ##STR1## in which D is ##STR2## in which R.sub.1 is trifluoromethyl, --COOM.sub.1 --COOR.sub.2 ; or a group of the formula or --NHR.sub.3, --NR.sub.3 R.sub.4 or --NR.sub.5 COR.sub.6 in a position meta or para to the azo group, ring A being optionally further substituted by a total of up to two further substituents selected from halogen, (C.sub.1-4)alkyl, (C.sub.1-4)alkoxy and trifluoromethyl (only one further trifluoromethyl group),
