ABSTRACT:
The use of a compound of formula (I) in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment, in a warm-blooded animal, of disorders mediated by the neuropeptide Y5 receptor:wherein:R1, R2, R3and X1-X6are as defined withinor a pharmaceutically acceptable salt, prodrug or solvate thereof, is described.Pharmaceutical compositions, methods and processes for preparation of compounds of formula (I) are also described.
