There is provided a car door structure which comprises an interior door trim52at an interior side of a door inner panel11, and a noise isolation sheet20which is installed between the door inner panel11and the door trim52, covering the door inner panel11partially or wholly. The edge portion of the noise isolation sheet20is nipped by a nip portion40. The nip portion40is formed with portions of the door inner panel11and the door trim52by making the portions come closer.
