ABSTRACT:
A water heater including a first electrode and a second electrode in spaced relation to the first electrode. The first an second electrodes define a fluid path and a capacitance therebetween. The heater may also include a first winding associated with the fluid path and a second winding in spaced relation to the first winding and associated with the fluid path. The first and second windings generate a magnetic field therebetween and across the fluid path.
