ABSTRACT:
This invention relates to vaccines and methods for protecting dogs against disease caused byBordetella bronchiseptica. This invention also relates to combination vaccines and methods for protecting dogs against disease or disorder caused by canine pathogens, for example, infectious tracheobronchitis caused byBordetella bronchiseptica, canine distemper caused by canine distemper (CD) virus, infectious canine hepatitis (ICH) caused by canine adenovirus type 1 (CAV-1), respiratory disease caused by canine adenovirus type 2 (CAV-2), canine parainfluenza caused by canine parainfluenza (CPI) virus, enteritis caused by canine coronavirus (CCV) and canine parvovirus (CPV), and leptospirosis caused byLeptospira Bratislava, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira grippotyphosa, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiaeorLeptospira pomona. The vaccines of the present invention include aBordetella bronchisepticap68 antigen.
