A newcampanulaplant particularly distinguished by wide open, intense blue, star-shaped flowers, an early and floriferous flowering response, medium-green foliage with thin, cordate leaves, medium vigorous growth, well-branching with relatively thin stems and a low, mounding plant habit, is disclosed.
