ABSTRACT:
The camera apparatus comprises a camera-body portion1; a display pane2attached to the camera-body1as an outwardly fixing type with freely rotary operation; and a lens block5provided at the upper portion of the camera-body1and having a pop-up portion rotatable between a stored position within the camera-body1and a pop-up position by making a support-axis14as a support, wherein the lens block5is housed within the camera-body1when the camera is not in a taking-picture condition such that the lens surface protected by the outer body and lens block5is made up be a pop-up condition with an angle of a predetermined elevation-angle relative to the camera-body1when the camera is in a taking-picture condition.
