ABSTRACT:
A closed cam track, characterized by curves corresponding essentially to the formula Y = f(X.sup.n) where Y is the axial displacement of needles in grooves of the track, X is the peripheral rotational displacement of the track at constant angular velocity and n is greater than or equal to 3, is provided for a circular knitting machine.
