A calibration assisting device includes a reference load data storage means30dfor storing, as a reference load data, the reference load data produced from load sensor10when a desired reduced quantity is generated in a vehicle weight measuring device40, a load data fetching means30a1for fetching the load data produced from the load sensor10, a tire load data fetching means30a2for fetching a tire load data produced from the vehicle weight measuring device40, a reduced quantity detecting means30a3for detecting a reduced quantity on the basis of the tire load data thus fetched, a calibration information creating means30a4for creating calibration information on the basis of the load data fetched by the load data fetching means30a1corresponding to the tire load data and the reference load data stored in the reference load data storage means30dwhen the reduced quantity is detected, and a calibration information outputting means30a5for outputting the calibration information produced from the calibration information creating means30a4. In such a configuration, the calibration assisting device can assist the calibration of the weight meter.
