A new and distinct cultivar ofCalatheaplant named ‘Mia’, characterized by its upright and outwardly spreading growth habit; elliptic-shaped dark green-colored leaves with a broad metallic silver green-colored marginal band; leaves often variably tinged with pink when developing; and long-lasting inflorescences with green and pink-colored bracts held above the foliage on strong scapes.
