A new and distinct cultivar ofCaladiumplant named ‘Starburst’, characterized by its compact plant habit; vigorous and dense growth habit; and strap-type leaves that are red purple in color in the center with green-colored borders and dark green-colored margins; when mature, veins are whitish giving a star-like appearance.
