ABSTRACT:
The cable-enrolling conductive thin-film sheet1consists of a conductive thin film2and an insulated cable3. The conductive thin film2has a conductor layer4and first and second insulating layers5, 6. The first insulating layer5is laminated on one face of the conductor layer4, while the second insulating layer6is laminated on the other face of the conductor layer4. The insulated cable3has an electrically conductive core wire10and an insulating sheath11covering the core wire10. The insulated cable3laid on the first insulating layer5is partially welded to the sheet2by ultrasonic welding to obtain the cable-enrolling conductive thin-film sheet1. The first insulating layer5is welded to be secured to the sheath11, and the conductor layer4is mechanically connected to the core wire10by the ultrasonic welding.
