The alkoxylate mixtures comprise alkoxylates of the formula (I)in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="lead"?C5H11CH(C3H7)CH2O(A)n(B)mH   (I)in-line-formulae description="In-line Formulae" end="tail"?whereA is ethyleneoxy,B is C3-10-alkyleneoxy or mixtures thereof,where groups A and B may be present in random distribution, alternately or in the form of two or more blocks in any order,n is a number from 0 to 30,m is a number from 0 to 20n+m is at least 1where70 to 99% by weight of alkoxylates A1 in which C5H11has the meaning n-C5H11, and1 to 30% by weight of alkoxylates A2 in which C5H11has the meaning C2H5CH(CH3)CH2and/or CH3CH(CH3)CH2CH2,are present in the mixture.
