ABSTRACT:
A built-up furniture unit formed by joining a plurality of housing panels to one another, at least one of each joined pair of the housing panels being formed into a hollw doublewalled construction by blow molding a thermoplastic resin. The housing panels are joined to one another by the interposition of a plurality of reinforcing members and a plurality of bolts threadingly engages with the reinforcing members, respectively, and/or by the interposition of plural pairs of interposing members and a plurality of connector members both being connected to one another by means of bolts.
