ABSTRACT:
A building for cold districts, the building having a semi-basement and a roof including a room heater unit provided within the semi-basement, heat insulation materials provided on the outer side walls and bottom of the building and also a bottom portion of a narrow space under the roof of the building for heat insulating the interior of the building from external atmosphere, passage members each provided under a floor of each room of the building and communicating with the semi-basement such that warm air produced from the room heater unit is supplied through each of the passage members and to each room through the floor thereof and a solar heat absorption system provided on a sunny side outer wall of the building, the warm air supplied to each of the rooms and/or air within each room being introduced into the solar heat adsorption system, heated therein by use of solar heat and returned to each of the rooms for heating the rooms.
