ABSTRACT:
A buckle is provided with a female member5having first and second engaging portions13and14, and a male member6having first and second engagement pieces20and21. By inserting the male member6into the female member5, the first engaging portion13engages with the first engaging piece20, and the second engaging portion14engages with the second engaging piece21, thereby, female member5and male member6are connected. The male member5and female member6are not separated, unless engagement between first engaging piece20and first engaging portion13, as well as engagement between second engaging piece21and second engaging portion14, are released by means of both a first operating portion11and a second operating portion12which are separately provided on the front and rear of female member5being pressed inwardly.
