A bubbling bath additive42made of a surfactant46and a bubbling agent44, and a housing member12for housing the bubbling bath additive42are provided. A floating part22, 34that is situated above the housing member12and floats on the water surface, and an ejection port33that is provided above the waterline of the floating part22, 34and through which bubbles formed by the bubbling bath additive42are ejected outward from inside, are provided. A suction port14through which water flows inward from outside is provided near a lower end part of the housing member12.
