A method to hook a magnet wire extracted from a coil A stator core35includes a core back352of a substantially annular shape. At a radially outer end portion of the core back352four teeth351are arranged radially. At the teeth351, a coil371is formed by winding a magnet wire37via an insulator36. A first insulator361configuring a lower half of the insulator36includes a first core back insulating portion3611, 1 first teeth insulating portion3612, and a first cylindrical portion3613. A hook portion4is formed at the first core back insulating portion3611at radially outer side, and between the teeth351. The magnet wire37extracted from the coil371is hooked on the hook portion4. The magnet wire37hooked on the hook portion4is lead the magnet wire37around the hook portion4as a base, and is soldered to a land381formed above a circuit board38.
