ABSTRACT:
The brake disk according to the invention has on the nave a supporting ring ith radial depressions. Parts of the disk rim engage in a limited radially displaceable way in these depressions, but are mounted with a form fit in the direction of torque. The nave consists of material of higher tensile strength than the material of the disk rim, and the disk rim is fixed on the nave by composite casting. Different coefficients of expansion are thereby accommodated.
