ABSTRACT:
Boron
itrogen/silicon preceramic polymers are prepared by copolymerizing at least one trihaloborane with at least one disilazane and at least one B-trichloroborazine; the resulting polymers, advantageously in fibrous form, are then facilely crosslinked and pyrolyzed into boron nitride ceramic materials.
