ABSTRACT:
An anticoagulant coating composition suitable for coating the interior surfaces of a blood microsample collection tube, such as a capillary tube, is disclosed. Both the ethylene diamine tetracetate and the polyvinyl pyrrolidone are dissolved in a water-alcohol mixture to form a coating composition solution.
