ABSTRACT:
A blind hole finder tool is provided which consists of a C-shaped spring member, with a pair of elongated arms, each extending from one side of the C-shaped spring member. A mechanism is on a distal end of the first arm for engaging with an original rivet hole in a top rail of a trailer.
