ABSTRACT:
Improved photographic bleaching compositions for use in the color processing of photographic elements comprise an aqueous solution containing a photographic bleaching agent, such as, for example, an ammonium or alkali metal salt of a ferric complex of an aminopolycarboxylic acid, and a dye-stabilizing amount of a formaldehyde percursor.
