ABSTRACT:
Novel compounds useful as ACAT inhibitors having the formula ##STR1## wherein Q is R.sub.5 O; R.sub.5 S-- or NR.sub.3 R.sub.4 ; wherein R is hydrogen or alkyl C.sub.1 -C.sub.20 or --CH.sub.2 Ph; wherein R.sub.1, R.sub.2, R.sub.3 and R.sub.4 are hydrogen, a hydrocarbon chain aralkyl, phenyl or substituted phenyl or form a heterocyclic ring; wherein R.sub.5 is phenyl or substituted phenyl, naphthyl or substituted naphthyl, a hydrocarbon chain or aralkyl.
