ABSTRACT:
Bismaleimide resin systems and fiber reinforced prepregs prepared therefrom having exceptional toughness are prepared by dispersing into a bismaleimide base resin system preformed functionalized elastomer particles having a T.sub.g of less than 10.degree. C.
