ABSTRACT:
Reagents of the formula I ##STR1## wherein A is --CH.sub.2 --.sub.m O-- (m=2 to 20) or --C.sub.n H.sub.2n --O--.sub.t (n=2 to 6; t=2 to 10) and B is selected from the group consisting of ##STR2## and salts thereof are useful for the preparation of 5'-biotinylated oligonucleotides.
