ABSTRACT:
A two part binder for perforated sheets or the like in which a toothed binder member is provided with a constant opening through which sheets are moved for binding engagement with and disengagement from the teeth of the binder member. Another member closes the opening and has tracks for frictional engagement with the sides of the opening to prevent separation of the members in response to the application of the separating force.
