The title compound, prepared by nitrating .beta.-D-1-(6-amino-9H-purin-9-yl)-1-deoxyribofuranuronethylamide, is physiologically active and pharmacologically acceptable. It is useful for increasing coronary blood flow and is administrable, e.g., in the form of a medicament composition.
