ABSTRACT:
The invention relates to benzoxazepinone derivatives of formulawhereinR1, R2, R3, R4, and n are as defined in the specification and to a pharmaceutically suitable acid addition salt thereof. These compounds are good γ-secretase inhibitors for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease.
