A benzopyran derivative represented by formula ##STR1## wherein: R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 each represents a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic alkyl group, a mono- or di-lower alkylamino group, a substituted or unsubsituted cyclic amino group, a substituted or unsubstituted aryl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted aralkyl group;
