Novel plant growth regulants of the formula: ##SPC1##
Wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2, which may be the same or different, each represent hydrogen atoms or lower alkyl groups, R.sub.3 is a lower alkyl group or a chlorine atom and R.sub.4 is a lower alkyl group or an allyl group.
