Imidazoline derivatives of the formula ##STR1## wherein R.sup.1 is alkyl C.sub.1-7, alkenyl C.sub.2-4, cycloalkenyl C.sub.4-7, cycloalkyl C.sub.4-7 or phenyl; and their non-toxic salts.
Processes for the preparation and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. The compounds exhibit presynaptic .alpha..sub.2 -adrenoreceptor antagonism.
