ABSTRACT:
Polymers of the class rigid-rod aromatic heterocyclic polymers, having repeating units of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R is selected from the group consisting of --H, --CH.sub.3, --N(CH.sub.3).sub.2 and --OH, and Q is ##STR2## wherein X is --S-- or --O--, exhibit increased electrical conductivity, as compared to rigid-rod aromatic heterocyclic polymers polymers not containing the triarylamino moiety.
