ABSTRACT:
A subject of the present application is new benzimidazole derivatives of formulain which A, Y, R1, R2, R3and R4represent different variable groups. These products have an antagonist activity of GnRH (Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone). The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing said products and their use for the preparation of a medicament.
