ABSTRACT:
An improved bentleg plow has an upper blade-like portion with a leading edge extending forwardly and downwardly, and a lower blade-like portion connected to the upper portion and extending downwardly, forwardly and laterally. The lower portion has a rake angle, typically 15 degrees, with respect to the forward direction, which angle tends to improve performance. The take angle is defined as the angle made to the horizontal by the intersection of the lower portion of the bentleg plow with a vertical plane parallel to the forward direction.
