One of the ends of the belt portions is provided with a loop through which the other end of a belt portion is inserted and looped upon itself adjustably to bring "Velcro" (trademark) loop means into concealed engagement with barb-like hook members. The "Velcro" is a continuous, co-extensive strip of loop and hook members which is sewed to the inside of one of the end portions and is concealed inside the back of the belt.
