A new and distinct cultivar ofBegoniaplant named ‘Rebecca’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; double flowers with numerous tepals that are yellow in color and held above and beyond the foliar plane; and excellent postproduction longevity.
