A new and distinct cultivar ofBegoniaplant named ‘Betuko’, characterized by its upright, outwardly spreading and mounded plant habit; freely branching habit; dark green-colored leaves; semi-double flowers that are orange red in color and held above and beyond the foliage; and excellent postproduction longevity.
