ABSTRACT:
A bedding incorporates a piece or pieces of an alumina, zirconium, silicon or other specified far infrared radiating ceramic which radiates electromagnetic waves with a peak wavelength of 8 to 14 .mu.m when heated, particularly, to a temperature approximately equal to the human body temperature.
