ABSTRACT:
Resin bearing material consists essentially of at least one thermoplastic resin material selected from the group consisting of polyacetal, polyamide, polycarbonate, polyphenylene sulfide, polyethylene terephthalate, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, and of aromatic group, polyamide fiber, and is produced by the steps comprising kneading fand extruding said at least one thermoplastic resin material and the cutting the extruded material.
The sliding characteristics are superior to the conventional oleo-bearing materials containing the carbon fiber, and glass fiber.
