ABSTRACT:
Beach towel stakes anchor a beach towel in sand or soft earth. The beach towel stakes have a shaft with a pointed end to facilitate their insertion into the ground. A cap and catch hook are attached to the shaft's opposing end. A lanyard is inserted through a lanyard hole in the shaft's opposing end. The cap has a viewing notch in its edge located above the catch hook. The catch hook is L-shaped and is adapted to receive a beach towel. The user can easily insert shaft12into sand by applying pressure to the top of the cap14and remove the shaft12by pulling on lanyard24.
