ABSTRACT:
A batting practice mat comprising a sheet of dense resilient, thick material having substantially its entire surface perforated by holes slightly smaller than a ball whereby a ball may be inserted in a hole and frictionally retained therein; this sheet is suspended from a bracket and held at the top and at the bottom by a plurality of elastic cables. The bracket is adjustable to sustain the sheet at various levels.
