ABSTRACT:
In a battery composed of methanol/air fuel cells which in turn are composed of a cathode, an anode and a CO.sub.2 -permeable anion exchanger membrane as electrolyte, a plurality of cathodes and anodes are in a parallel arrangement in a common cathode compartment and anode compartment respectively.
