ABSTRACT:
In a weighted ball formed having a central core either constructed entirely of metal, or having embedded therein, or surrounded by, a weighted member constructed perferably of metal, said ball having an intermediate filler material usually constructed of wound yarn, with a horsehide or other hide type of cover securely stitched in place to provide the finished product, said ball having a composite weight slightly in excess of a standard and regulation ball of the usual construction.
