ABSTRACT:
According to the invention, an input power to a transmission amplifier is controlled to prevent the amplifier from breakage and distortion of wave form. All of spread transmission data are additively combined with each other in an additive composite section11to obtain an amplitude data S2and a transmission mean value information S8at its optional time mean. The amplitude data S2is modulated in a modulation section13to be converted into a modulation output signal S4which is input in an amplification section15and a signal transmission power amplifier30through a variable ATT section14, whereby its power is amplified. A mean transmission power data S11which is an optional time mean of transmission power data S7from a wave detection section17is calculated in a comparison/control section19, and the mean value information of transmission S8and a maximum transmission power value S9are compared with each other to produce the attenuation amount control signal S10of the variable ATT section14. In case that S8is not more than S9, a differential correction value of S11and S8is S10, and in case that S8is less than S9, a differential correction value of S11and S9is S10.
