ABSTRACT:
A connector which has a structure appropriate for height-lowering is provided. The connector has a concave part11formed from a pair of opposing side walls12aand12b, and a back wall12cwhich is orthogonal to this pair of opposing side walls12aand12b, and the rectangular plate bottom board. The blade contact3according to the present invention is configured such that it is inserted towards and engaged with the concave part11from the back wall12c, and the contact connection part31for connecting to the opposing contact is in contact with the bottom surface of the concave part. Therefore, the position of the blade contact can be maintained by the bottom surface of the concave part11and the back wall12cmore firmly and easier. Thus, the thickness of the base12can be made thin and further lowering of the base connector can be realized.
