ABSTRACT:
A barbecue grill for cooking food includes: a firebox, the firebox including angled lower walls for draining liquids coming from the food; a grease channel, connected to the lower portion of the firebox, for directing grease outside of the firebox; a cover pivotally attached to the firebox; a cooking surface removably placed at the top of the firebox and securely held therein. Also provided in certain and alternate embodiments of the invention are one or more gas burners mounted in any of several orientations within the firebox, an electric cooking plate, a rotisserie, and a retaining means for securing a fuel supply tank.
