A banner mounting assembly10is disclosed. The banner mounting assembly10includes a frame assembly11having a top frame12and a bottom frame14disposed beneath the top frame. The top frame12has four sections12a,12b,12c, and12d, and the bottom frame14has four corresponding sections14a,14b,14c, and14d. Clamp assemblies20disposed on each bottom frame section14a,14b,14c, and14dof the frame assembly11secure a banner16or other advertisement media to the frame assembly11after the banner16has been disposed within the frame assembly11. Each of the top frame sections12a,12b,12c, and12dis hinged to the corresponding bottom frame sections14a,14b,14c, and14d, thereby allowing the top frame sections12a,12b,12c, and12dto be moved between a closed position and an open position.
