ABSTRACT:
A banknote processor for judging whether a banknote inserted into a banknote insertion port is authentic or false, storing the inserted banknote in the interior of a processor body when judging that the banknote is authentic and returning the inserted banknote to the banknote insertion port when judging that the banknote is false. In the banknote processor, a fluid collector for collecting fluid dropping from a bottom of the processor body is disposed at a lower side of the bottom of the processor body, and a fluid guiding member is communicatingly connected to the fluid collector for guiding the collected fluid externally of the processor body.
